They said it couldn’t happen .. but the picture says it all. This is my old girlfriend, Tina from about ten years ago. She stopped by Santa’s village with her family and I just happen to have an extra outfit for her to try on. Sure enough .. she did the last show with me that day … and even after eight years being apart .. it was just like riding a bike. All the pieces fell back into place. It was like traveling through time .. really.
Yes, of course this was all part of my evil plan .. but, it really brought her spirits up. She is currently being treated for cancer and is going in for surgery next week. Hopefully all will go well and she will be back on her feet soon enough. We already have a show scheduled at her church in October and she’s really looking forward to it. This has been a very difficult year for me .. and I really can’t imagine the world without her. She’s a tough chick … that’s what I keep telling her .. but a prayer or two can always help. Sure, we broke up years ago .. but my girls always come back .. one way or another … and if a picture says a thousand words … then I’m speechless!
